Larry Miller, V.P. Of Building Operations
Larry Miller graduated from NDSCS with a degree in Construction Management and moved from Montana to the Pacific Northwest where he began a 25+ year career in new home construction where he has built over 1000 homes. He has built everything from entry level homes, condo's and town houses, to high end custom homes/remodels and hotels. Accomplishments would include; Project Manager in 6 Seattle Street Of Dreams, 2 Pierce County Street Of Dreams, 1 Tour Of Elegance and most recently was the Project Manager for the new Holiday Inn in Sumner where the hotel was the first of its kind, as it was constructed completely out of modular buildings. Larry has a great eye for detail and is always keeping up on the ever changing building trends, as he does interior and exterior design for all of Chardonnay Homes projects in addition to staying on top of all the latest applications in home automation, electronics, audio and video components. Pete Pyle, V.P. Of Business Affairs
Pete Pyle graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. Pete began property development when he was 19 yrs old and has maintained a desire to continue to develop property with Chardonnay Homes while continuing a 26 year career with Fed Ex Trade Networks. Pete is currently the west coast Regional Sales Manager and is also a licensed Customs Broker, as well as a certified International Air Transportation Agent. Pete's strong background in business allows him to maintain the back bone of Chardonnay Homes. Pete is the primary contact for all of Chardonnay Homes purchase and sale agreements and financial transactions. He makes certain all contracts are developed and processed accordingly, as well as all of the bonding, insurance, and state needs are met and properly taken care of. Pete also handles all accounting duties for Chardonnay Homes including accounts receivable, payable, insurance certificates, and lien releases.
