Chardonnay Homes is a Seattle / Tacoma - based builder specializing in custom home building, speculative home building and extensive residential renovation projects. In order to meet the growing demand for new home construction in the Seattle / Tacoma area, we are seeking investment partners looking to invest in solid real estate ventures that provide an attractive rate of return over a relatively short period of time. Investment opportunities are available for funding speculative single family homes in certain target markets within the Seattle / Tacoma area. These areas are experiencing the highest demand in the Seattle metropolitan area, and have historically been the most insulated against market corrections.
For their part, investment partners provide working capital for site acquisition and home construction. Chardonnay Homes is responsible for providing the following:

• Local market expertise necessary for selecting appropriate build site(s)
  
• Architectural design services, project management and construction services
• Marketing and selling each property

Investment partners earn a fixed rate of return which is paid in one lump sum along with the original capital investment upon the sale and closing of each home. Project timelines range from 6 - 12 months depending, from time of site acquisition to the sale of each new residence.
